1. Overview of Our Fees
The cost of probate work varies depending on the size and complexity of the estate. At M.A Solicitors, we provide clear, upfront estimates and keep you informed throughout.
Our fees for probate and estate administration typically range from:
£950 – £25,000. VAT is not applicable as we are not VAT registered (depending on the nature of the estate, number of assets, and whether full administration is required)
This range is based on the factors commonly affecting probate work, such as whether the estate is intestate, the number of beneficiaries, and the number/value of assets.

For clients who only require assistance obtaining the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, we offer a fixed fee service.
Grant Only Application (Fixed Fee): from £950
